The road will gets a little tougher this week as we reach the 3rd round of the state playoffs. Our favorites to make it to the MBS, GAC and Cedar Grove are still alive, but both will face stiff tests this week. Last week Pike County upset Crisp County and this week they’ll have their eyes set on the defending state champions, Cedar Grove. Perhaps the best matchup of the 4 games is the GAC-Jenkins game which will be played in Pooler.
Our second preview will feature the Cedar Grove-Pike County game and the Calhoun-Liberty County game. The winners of these two games will play each other in the semi-finals on December 1st.
