Below is a run down of the poll. There were some great games this week. Some shockers, and some of the usual suspects taking care of business. Cartersville capped off a big weekend in Georgia High School Football by holding off Bartram Trail out of St. Johns, Florida.
Some of the more eye raising results: Langston Hughes defeats Westlake; Calhoun blanks Dalton; Thomasville defeats TCC for the programs 700th win; and Clinch County wins big over McIntosh County Academy.
As always, polls are meant to spark discussion. I welcome all comments. I’m sure I’ve overlooked some teams. This poll nor any poll means anything once the second season, the playoffs, begin in November.
